The Order of the Black Hand

     You have entered a world where justice, morality, and law have ceased to exist. A world that is slowly drifting into utter chaos. The Heroes can no longer contain the Villains. You have entered the City of Villains. Some might see hope in all of this. A chance to rise above petty tasks and assume power amongst their former peers. Alliances have formed in these dark times in an effort to control what is now dangling in front of every Villain's eyes. While there are those who wander about alone, they can never truly grasp the power they desire, for Super Groups have formed amongst the Villains, and there is always strength in numbers. The Order of the Black Hand is one such group. Their strict rules and militant style structure create a small, but very capable force.

     Tired of wandering the Rogue Isles alone? Sick of fishing for teams only to get shafted on the actual skill of those you ally yourself with? Fed up with never getting answers to the questions you have? Then this group is for you. The founder, Franklin Skyle, firmly believes in the principles that define such a group. He spends his time assisting his allies and teammates, as well as devoting his efforts towards enhancing The Order to make it the best Villain Group out there. The Order of the Black Hand is friendly towards it's members and allies, assisting each other any way they can. If you're looking for a strong, tight-knit group of friendly individuals to spend your hours playing this addictive game they call City of Villains, look no further.

     Aside from the aforementioned benefits, there are a few added perks to joining The Order of the Black Hand. These include, but are not limited to:

•  The ability to convert your earned Prestige into much needed Infamy. At the beginning of each month, you will be paid a fee in Infamy equal to the Prestige you earned for The Order that month.
• Power-Leveling. If you just can't wait to achieve those higher levels, all you need to do is catch one of the senior members of The Order when they are on (Which is quite often) and they will assist you in achieving your desired level as fast as possible.
• An actual voice in the group...Don't like the way something is done? Let one of the senior members know about it and it will be discussed during the next monthly meeting.
• The chance to feel what running The Order is like! Once you obtain the Colonel rank, you may petition at the next monthly meeting to temporarily gain the privilege of running The Order. While actual leadership cannot be relinquished (Because there are those out there who would refuse to give it back or continue with the democratic process) you may be allowed to have authorization (Through the leader) to run The Order. This includes modifying the base, changing The Group's logo or costume, etc. etc.
• And finally, you receive every other perk of being a member of a Super Group. A fully functional base, assistance when you need it, answers to questions you might have, and much more!
